The Capital One Auto Navigator online platform simplifies the car buying process by allowing users to get pre-qualified for auto financing, view estimated rates and terms based on their financial information, and search for vehicles from participating dealerships within their budget.

Dealership Sales Associates Walk-In Greeting App

Dealership sales associates use the Dealer Navigator Intake app on their mobile devices to quickly onboard walk-in customers and begin the loan data process. If a customer has the PWA installed on their phone, their information can be instantly transferred to the associate’s device. For a seamless, hands-free experience, customers can simply scan a QR code displayed on the associate’s screen to securely share their pre-aggregated loan data.

The intake screen offers customers a brief tutorial outlining what to expect throughout the process. Following a simple two-screen registration, users are taken directly to the pre-qualification step. After submitting the required auto loan details, they receive a real-time pre-qualification decision within moments.

After pre-qualification, the customer is guided through the remaining steps, including vehicle preferences, trade-in values, and other relevant details.
